Catherine is an advanced remedial massage therapist who graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in January 2016. Her education consists of countless practice and clinic hours, as well as advanced knowledge of a wide variety of treatment methods. She has a particular interest in applying myofascial release techniques, which returns the body to a balanced state by restructuring fascial tissue.
Catherine has extensive knowledge in treating chronic issues, tissue imbalances, and symptoms resulting from the grind of everyday life. After many years of involvement in the rugby and hockey communities, Catherine also has a natural interest in treating sports-related injuries. Understanding that each individual has different needs and responds differently to treatment, she works one on one with her clients to develop an appropriate treatment plan. With thorough postural observation and assessment, and an understanding of the importance of treating the body as a whole, Catherine strives to keep her clients feeling their absolute best.
In her spare time Catherine enjoys sailing, cross-country skiing, hiking, travelling, and exploring all the amazing local restaurants and breweries Winnipeg has to offer.
Dana graduated from the Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2022 and is deeply passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals. With a strong foundation in various massage techniques, Dana has extensive experience in Swedish, therapeutic, sports, and prenatal massage. She skillfully employs a range of techniques tailored to her clients' individual needs, including myofascial release, functional muscle release, and cupping therapy.
Dana's approach is holistic, focusing on the overall well-being of her clients. She believes in the power of touch to heal and rejuvenate, and she is committed to providing a personalized and effective treatment plan for each individual.
When she is not working, Dana enjoys indulging in a good book, experimenting with new baking recipes, and cherishing quality time with her friends and family. Her dedication to her craft and her genuine care for her clients make her a valued practitioner in the field of massage therapy.
Kristina graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2014 as an advanced remedial massage therapist. It is there that she began her journey of treating musculoskeletal issues within the body. Kristina holds a great appreciation for movement and how the body works thanks to over 15 years of training in ballet and other forms of dance. Her dance background has expanded her knowledge and understanding of the importance of taking care of one's body and treating injuries.
Kristina takes a holistic approach in her treatments. She uses myofacial release, deep tissue and relaxation massage, trigger point therapy and cranial sacral techniques. She has taken a particular interest in cranial sacral therapy and is currently pursuing further education in the field through the Upledger Institute. Kristina works with her clients to uncover the root cause of their ailment, cater to their individual needs, and create a tailored treatment plan.
Kristina prides herself in staying active. Some of her favourite activities include yoga, canoeing, running, and cross country skiing.
